How Can I Download and Install Drivers without Internet - Drivers Offline Install

I have recently installed Windows 7, but just as in previous versions, I need a driver for wireless. The Ethernet cable on my laptop never worked, so that's not an option. When I open additional drivers, it will say can't detect drivers; need internet access. I'm not connected to a network nor have the driver so I can't use automatic search function either.

So what can I do? I'm new so if someone can explain in detail I would be grateful.

It is a big concern to offline download and install network drivers especially after a fresh install of system without a driver disc.
